Previously, we have been exclusively managing the financials for your community and the Board has decided to have us take over full management of the Association. This means that we will now be assisting with compliance issues, architectural requests, and any other community needs. We ask that all homeowners visit the website and review the CC&Rs for the community so that you can ensure you are in compliance, as we will be doing community inspections. You can find them by going to www.cimmarronsuperstitionhoa.org/, scrolling down to the Document section, and clicking on “View Documents.” Once there, you can find the CC&Rs in the “Operating Documents” folder. One of the issues we have seen the most is homeowners parking in their landscaping, this is not allowed. We recommend those who do not have room in their driveway currently to submit an architectural request to widen their driveway. *Please remember that in order to be in compliance, any exterior changes to your home must be approved by the Board.
