Please see the email below for important reminders.    Friendly reminder, holiday lights and decorations must be removed within (15) days after the holiday. If you have not already done so, please remove all holiday lights and decorations.   Thank you to everyone that joined in displaying holiday lights and decorations. There were many homes in the community that looked wonderful, and we are looking forward to seeing next year’s decorations!   Holiday Lighting and Decorations Temporary holiday lighting and decorations are permitted. They may be placed in the yard and on the house 30 days before the holiday and must be removed within fifteen (15) days after the holiday. Lighting and decorations must not be a nuisance to neighbors.

Homeowners,   There are many opportunities for the homeowners of the community to report many items to the City of Apache Junction.  This can include, but not limited to: Abandoned Vehicles, Blocked sidewalks, Graffiti, Maintenance Issues and many more.  Please use the link below to report these items to the City so they can assist the community to keep things in working order and looking great. https://www.apachejunctionaz.gov/requesttracker.aspx

Cimmarron Annual Meeting - December 17, 2024 - 6:00pm This meeting will be held in person at the Apache Junction Multi-Generational Center (Room #119). A reminder for submitting Ballots.  Any remaining ballots to be submitted must be either: Hand Delivered to the Heywood Office or emailed to hello@heywoodmanagement.com no later than 12:00pm (noon) on Tuesday December 17th, 2024.  Ballots can also be submitted in person at the Meeting on December 17th.  Ballots submitted at the Meeting must be delivered no later than 5:50pm and must be delivered by the homeowner.
