Cimmarron - New Year Reminders
Attention Cimmarron Homeowners and Residents, We hope you have had a Fantastic 2023 and we are looking forward to a Great 2024. A few reminders to help us all get started off on the right foot. 1. Common Areas (the park): are not for the use of any motorized vehicles. No Side by Sides, motorcycles, ebikes, or anything of similar types and styles. Please do not use or drive any kind of vehicle down into the park areas. 2. Streets: The streets are narrow and busy. Please drive cautiously and please be respectful of your neighbors if you choose to park in the street. Vehicles should Not be up on the sidewalks. The Sidewalks are to be walked on and per city code they must be passable. Vehicles are also not to be parked in the gravel or landscaping of your yards. 3. Landscaping: We have already had a few Winter Rains and there are more heading our way. It is time to start cleaning up the weeds and getting those trees and bushes trimmed back. The rains will cause them to grow quicker and we need to make sure we are keeping our yards looking the best they can. Thank you all for being great neighbors and for looking out for one another. Cimmarron Annual Meeting - December 20, 2023 - 6:00pm This meeting will be held in person at the Apache Junction Multi-Generational Center. A reminder for submitting Ballots. Any remaining ballots to be submitted must be either: Hand Delivered to the Heywood Office or emailed to hello@heywoodmanagement.com no later than 4:00pm on Tuesday December 19th, 2023. Ballots can also be submitted in person at the Meeting on December 20th. Ballots submitted at the Meeting must be delivered no later than 5:50pm and must be delivered by the homeowner.

Cimmarron Homeowners, 1. The Cimmarron HOA has employed the current pest control company to once again work on trapping rodents throughout the common areas. This is due to the recent uptick of sitings within the community. Please continue to stay vigialnt with your personal homes and yards. 2. There will be community yard sale on October 29, 2022, from 8am-12pm. T Signs will be posted leading up to that Saturday. Anyone who would like to participate please feel free to place items in your driveway/garage for the community yard sale. 3. Parking in the community is a highly sought after commodity. Please be sure that you are parking in ways that will not impede any neighbors from entering or exiting their own driveways. Remember, Respect those around you. Management Update
Dear Member, Previously, we have been exclusively managing the financials for your community and the Board has decided to have us take over full management of the Association. This means that we will now be assisting with compliance issues, architectural requests, and any other community needs. The community manager assigned to your property is Chris Knudsen and he can be reached at chris@heywoodmanagement.com The community assistant is Carlee Collins and she can be reached at carlee@heywoodmanagement.com We ask that all homeowners visit the website and review the CC&Rs for the community so that you can ensure you are in compliance, as we will be doing community inspections. You can find them by going to www.cimmarronsuperstitionhoa.org/, scrolling down to the Document section, and clicking on “View Documents.” Once there, you can find the CC&Rs in the “Operating Documents” folder. One of the issues we have seen the most is homeowners parking in their landscaping, this is not allowed. We recommend those who do not have room in their driveway currently to submit an architectural request to widen their driveway. *Please remember that in order to be in compliance, any exterior changes to your home must be approved by the Board. You can submit a request to make changes to the exterior of your home by filling out the form at this website for the Board for review: https://heywoodmanagement.com/architectural-request/ If you have not done so already, please see below and complete the required actions: Owner Information Update (REQUIRED)While setting up your new payment method, please update your owner information. Although we obtain public records for new association setup, we will need additional information to keep in touch with you in the future.
